1        Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% rate charge.

2      prices will be agreed and confirmed by email before we start a new or additional service with you.

3      All services will pause between christmas eve and new years day inclusive. Exceptional requests will be considered as a quoted job  or at a higher rate per hour.

4        where access to your property has been mutually agreed we expect this to be possible on arrival. you may be charged for our time if we are unable to carry out the work.
